Legal

AI-native legal,
run by a lawyer and an engineer.

Document-heavy legal work, case analysis, and investigations, all on one agentic stack. We can take an Israeli firm AI-native, or simply run the work for them, with a lawyer kept on every decision that matters.

Why us in legal

A lawyer who builds, and an engineer who ships.

Mayan trained as a lawyer and spent six years as a senior IDF legal advisor before leading product at Walmart and Hello Heart. Almog is an 8200 chief engineer. Between us we can read a firm the way a partner reads it, and then actually build the operation it points to.

A lawyer in the room

We speak the work

There is a law degree and six years as a senior IDF legal advisor behind the product calls, so we know what a filing, a chronology, or an admissible record actually takes to get right.

Document-heavy work

Volume is where agents win

The repetitive, high-volume work a firm tends to drown in, intake through filing, records into a chronology, evidence into a report, is exactly the kind of thing the agentic stack is built to carry.

Lawyer in the loop

Agents draft, people sign

The agents do the gathering, the reading, and the first drafts, and the lawyer keeps the judgment, signing off on anything that reaches a court, a client, or a counterparty.

What we build

Four places we put the stack to work in law.

Each of these runs on the same five-layer agentic engine, wired into the firm's case system, with a lawyer kept on the decisions that matter.

Document work

Intake to filing

Document-heavy legal work run by coordinated agents: medical-records processing, personal-injury and compensation files, class actions, and collections.

Case analysis

Records to chronology

Engines that read case PDFs, build a medical chronology and a strengths-and-weaknesses analysis, and write the structured result straight into the firm's case system.

Investigations

Investigations and asset recovery

AI investigations across the open web and restricted databases, returning cited, audit-ready reports for litigation support, asset recovery, and compliance screening, with licensed investigators routed in per matter.

Transition

Firm goes AI-native

We take an established firm AI-native without breaking the core, bring down the cost of the document work, and open new revenue lines on the same rails while the work keeps running.

Selected work

One shipping, one in build.

A case-analysis engine that is running inside a US firm's system today, and an AI-native investigations firm we are standing up now. Both run on the same agentic stack, with a lawyer kept in the loop the same way.

An AI case-analysis engine for a personal-injury firm

A US personal-injury firm runs on medical records, thousands of pages a case. We built an AI engine that reads the record PDFs, turns them into a medical chronology and a strengths-and-weaknesses case analysis, and writes the structured result straight into the firm's existing Salesforce-based case system.

It covers the core of what a major paid incumbent platform was doing for them, custom-built in a few weeks, on HIPAA-aware rails with the firm's own data staying inside their system.

Investigations · Litigation supportVenture in build

AI-native investigations for litigation and asset recovery

Serious investigations today are either a six-figure boutique engagement or a Google search, with not much in between. We are building that middle, an AI investigator that works the open web and restricted databases and comes back with a cited, audit-ready report in minutes, and brings in licensed human investigators when a matter actually needs a person.

Litigation support, asset tracing, and compliance all run on one rail, built so an initial scan can be taken all the way to trial-ready evidence.

Put the stack to work in your firm.

Tell us where the firm is today, the document work, an investigation, or the whole operation. We bring the stack and the team.
